Tip #3) Book Early One of the greatest things about booking entertainment for corporate events is that typically they are in the middle of the week. Live event entertainment booked Sunday-Thursday is typically much more cost-effective than premium weekend dates. However, a great corporate event party band might book up to one year in advance. The sooner you start the entertainment booking process, the more likely you will be able to book the corporate entertainment of your choice.
